Ministries

With These Hands:
Creating items that serve those in need.

Summer Lunch Program:
TUMC is the community host-site that provides meals to families.

Weekend Grocery Program:
TUMC is the host-site for this program the assists struggling families.

Little Free Pantry:
This small pantry, located outside the church, is stocked daily with non- perishable food. It also offers mittens, hats, etc., during the winter.

Little Free Library:
Always fun to see what’s inside!

Missions:
We support more than 20 programs a year locally, nationally, and globally including Salvation Army, Heifer International, food pantries, anti-human trafficking efforts, New Horizons, Habitat for Humanity, etc.

Local Funding:
100% of our Christmas Eve offering is donated to a community need.

A mission-focused group that meets monthly to study, laugh, eat, and serve.

Everyone

There are offerings throughout the year that allow all ages to participate as they are comfortable. These include Bible studies, faith formation workshops, Good Books Book Club, Sunday School for Big People and more. We invite Spirit to move us into learning spaces that grow us as mature Christians and widen our vision.

Youth

Confirmation classes are offered every other year for ages 12 and up, and last for one year. These informal gatherings help students define their Christian faith, and prepare them for a future of kind justice and service.

Children

There are currently Sunday School classes for ages three and up. The older kids enjoy more of an “adventure” environment. They go geocaching, hiking, on prayer walks, etc., as well as classroom learning.

We are also a host site for community-wide Vacation Bible School, which involves more than a hundred children, youth, and leaders.
